y march trip will be to peoria after the 11th so i ve more daylight i will visit mon grave and see if i can go to our old house google said traffic is fast so not sure if there is a place on airport rd i can walk. looking at the map since they built 474 guess u cant get there off airport rd ve to go to the parkway. see if what i think was there any of it still there on the corner of airport and middle rd there was a store and down the road was a tavern across a con store for some reason we didn’t go there that much across from our house was the wood spent a lot of time there next door was a lot think there was a hill of dirt and when we went to old Monroe we cut across a farmer field in the winter a lot. it was interesting looking at the map found 2 other trip i can take later in the year one to belliue the other to rocky glen park their website ve pictures it look like it would be fun dont know if it open all the time or to the public will ve to get more information not much going on this week sat maybe 8th regional at epp and next week maybe a couple lacrosse mathes at iwu limestone playing uh in sb on the 14 and west in bb on the 22 so hope they r nice days
There was a store on Maxwell Road/Harmon Highway wasn’t there? Maxwell Road was where the Phillips family lived, I think. Also the lady whose house Mom cleaned. Such a neat house for the 50’s! I remember when JFK stopped at the old Peoria airport and we all walked there to see him. Hope you find the house.

Not sure about the store. Seen the house on Google map. nothing else there crept the auto shop on Edward st. 474 really changed it. wonders why our house is the only one left
