i must of done something wrong with my last stelo I went from 135 blood sugar to 159 and 85% under 180 to 72% and since I took it off I am back to my normal wake up blood sugar there is another one but it only work with I phone and I will newer use a I phone I got another box and will use it 10th to 25th in Nov and Dec and see what happens the only stuff I change was I ate pork chop and chicken which shouldn’t cause it to go up and I did sleep on it ve a good week
