dont know what happen today my blld sugar was down mon and wed but today it went all way to 235 and i didnt put that much sugar in my coffee oh well try to keep it low see what wrong i stop doing all apt excise and my knee stop huring wait till new year and see if i can start again slowly no white holaday it look like hope to ve a white birthday
