So I am doing better but I goof I been drinking coffee from Thornton and I don’t liked their coffee so I been using lots of sugar stupid because I ve coffee at home. I am walking 4x a day when I get up walk to sit outside 4 35 minutes walk 6 blocks and sit outside 4 35 minutes outside the building. I hope to to the old library park it only 5 1,2 blocks. And every week add 2 blocks the pt want me to start walking down the stairs again so I am trying that just thinking if this wouldn’t of happen I would of went to Chicago last week but that life. Ve a good week
